We offer two effortless ways to get the conversation started:WHAT IS OUR BOOKING PROCESS?
1.Initial Details: We start by gathering the essentials—your (date, location, guest count, and event type).
2.Custom Proposal: We will send you a detailed, transparent quote outlining our services and what you can expect from us.
3.Lock It In: To secure your date on our calendar, we simply require a signed electronic contract and a non-refundable retainer via Zelle.
4.Menu Creation: The fun part! We will collaborate to select 3-4 signature cocktails that perfectly match your vibe.
5.The Shopping List: We’ll provide a tailored shopping list calculated with recommended quantities.
6.Final Walkthrough: As your date approaches, we confirm all final details, logistical needs, and personal touches (like color palettes and menu displays) to ensure everything looks and feels perfect.
7.Showtime: You provide the spirits from the shopping list, and we take over completely. You go make the memories; we’ll pour the drinks.

DO YOU SUPPLY THE ALCHOL?
No, we operate exclusively as a "Dry-Hire" service. Due to state liquor laws in Wisconsin and Illinois, we cannot legally sell alcohol. However, we take all the guesswork out of it by providing you with a customized, exact shopping list so you only buy exactly what you need.
WHATS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?
Deposits are Non-Refundable. That’s just to protect the time and energy we put into securing your date and getting everything in motion. That said, we totally understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen. If you need to cancel, we’re happy to apply your deposit toward a future event.
We proudly bring the Cantina experience to events throughout Wisconsin and Illinois! Please note that events located outside of our standard Beloit service radius will incur a custom travel fee to cover time and transportation.
HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK?
Honestly, there’s no exact answer. We could have some dates for next year that are already booked while at the same time, there can be some availability for this upcoming month. There is just no way of predicting which dates will remain available and which dates will be fully booked. That’s why we always recommend booking as soon as you secure a date, even if it feels early.
We’re always on your side, and we’ll do our best to accomodate, but the earlier you lock it in, the better shot we have at making it happen.
DO YOU HELP WITH CLEAN UP?
Our team will continuously bus the immediate bar area and gather all bar-related trash before we depart. Full venue trash removal is not included in our service, But we ensure the bar footprint is left spotless.
DO YOU PROVIDE THE BAR?
Yes! We provide sleek, portable bar setups that looks stunning in both indoor and outdoor settings. If your venue already features a built-in bar that you would prefer us to use, we are more than happy to set up shop there.
DO YOU OFFFER MOCKTAILS?
Absolutely! We’re happy to offer mocktail versions of any drink, just let us know ahead of time. Mocktails must be requested in advance and do count as one of your drink options.
